You’ll get proper guidance from us, which will fully comply with the updated visa requirements.
Our dedicated and well-experienced counselors are always ready to assist you in every step, such as your first visit to our office, admission, visa procedure etc. until your departure to your desired destination.
The typical procedure that you must take before starting your study in New Zealand is as follows:

 Register in Axiom

 Apply for admission

Once you’ve decided what and where you want to study, your Axiom education advisors help you-

Complete the application to the institutions of your choice.

 Prepare application documents

Arrange to send the application fee

We’ll also provide you with a checklist for the documents.

At the time of application for admission, you’ll be required to submit several documents including proof of previous academic qualifications and, in most cases, proof of your English language ability.

Prepare & appear for Standardized Admissions Tests and join AGI (Axiom Global Institute) to sit for the exams required for the application. E.g. IELTS, TOEFL®, TOEIC

By submitting your application through us you’ll be able to track the progress of your application as we send you automatic notifications of its progress. We also take the hard work out of tracking the applications by keeping in contact with the institution on your behalf.

 Pay Tuition Fees

To accept your offer from an education provider, you may pay the tuition fee. Most New Zealander institutions require you to pay the first year fee only. You can choose to pay this fee through either Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Direct Debit (DD). Our value-added services department at Axiom Education Advisor can help you arrange either of these payment methods.

N.B. Tuition Fee may be paid before or after the Visa Application Process (step 6).

 Visa Lodgement

After receiving your offer letter from an institution, you’ll need to undertake a medical examination by one of the doctors approved by the New Zealand Government. At the same time, you need to arrange for your Police Clearance Certificate.

To lodge your visa application you’ll need to provide the documents outlined in the checklist we provided.

Just like your admission application, Axiom Education Advisors will keep you updated as to the progress of your application and take the hard work out of tracking your application by keeping in contact with the visa office on your behalf.

Your Axiom counselor will guide you through the application process for your New Zealand student visa.

To receive a student visa, you have to prove that you have enough money to pay for living expenses, education costs and travel for your entire stay in New Zealand.

Offer letter: The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) offer letter to international students, which lists minimum course duration, course fees and whether the fees are applicable at domestic or foreign rates.

Guarantee of Stay (for students aged under 18 years): A written document from an institution or person that states that the student has suitable accommodation arranged in New Zealand.

Health and medical requirements: If you are staying in New Zealand for more than six months then you need to be screened for tuberculosis. For a longer stay, medical and X-ray certificates need to be provided.

Work plans: If you plan to work after your studies in New Zealand then your Axiom Education counselor may be able to provide basic guidance about the visa options available, but you will need to contact a migration agent for further assistance.

Proof of English: An IELTS score to demonstrate competency in English is necessary to apply for a student visa to study in New Zealand. You will need to meet IELTS score prerequisites to gain admission to the top universities in New Zealand. Some education providers do consider your English scores in year 12.

We’ll notify you as soon as we know the outcome of your visa application so you can come in and collect your grant letter. In most cases, this is a positive response and it means you can also start planning your travel and accommodation for New Zealand.
